Job summary

Join United Rentals as an Inside Sales Rep to become a key customer contact. You'll be responsible for recommending solutions tailored to customer needs, fulfilling orders, and driving sales growth. This position offers ample opportunity for development in a supportive environment.

You will process contracts, establish new accounts, negotiate prices, and manage deliveries, while also generating leads. Ideal candidates will have strong multitasking skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations.
• Generate leads for new business.
• Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts.
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
