Echo Electric Supply, a brand of Sonepar, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to grow market share by nurturing existing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment. A strong sales mindset and two years in sales or distribution are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in sales, electrical distribution, or related field.
• Strong customer service mindset and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, and expedite orders including backorders and POs.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics to ensure smooth order flow.
• Stay informed on industry trends to better serve customers.
