Job summary

Lexair, inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative to interface with distributors and customers, processing orders and resolving issues in a fast-paced office setting. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, cross-team collaboration, and delivering timely delivery information.

Training will cover product knowledge and internal processes. The position is on-site, Monday–Friday, with opportunities to assist with shipments and account setup for new customers, contributing to long-term client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; active listening.
• Ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with distributors and customers by phone or email to process orders and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries with follow-up actions.
• Verify part/model numbers, pricing, discounts, and contract terms for orders.
• Follow up on status of back-ordered items on request.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery expectations and provide product information.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain distributor/customer databases.
• Assist with returns and manage shipment documentation and tracking.
