Job summary

You will collaborate with external sales, learn product applications, and leverage digital tools to grow market share. Experience in customer service or sales, plus knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.

• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographical territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
