Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience in industrial distribution or B2B environments is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customers and accounts.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations and support order processing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage orders and deliveries.
• Support sales growth and maintain CRM/ERP data.
