The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with an office-based environment and standard business attire. Candidates should be fluent in English, physically capable of lifting up to 45 lbs, and proficient with MS Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders, prepare quotes, provide shipping and lead-time updates, and answer basic technical questions for sales managers and customers.
• Ensure all orders ship on schedule and relay tracking information to customers.
• Maintain accurate distributor contact information and communicate promotions, pricing updates, and product changes bi-monthly.
• Deliver clear, professional communication to support customer needs and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with sales managers, shipping, and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
