Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluate warranty items at the counter per manufacturer policy and customer needs.
• Provide an estimated delivery date based on vendor production and delivery schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders, including occasional RF scanner use.
• Restock and replenish showroom merchandise to maintain product availability and presentation.
• Cross-trains in receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties to support branch operations.
