Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Pensacola, FL to engage customers at the counter and on the phone. You will answer product questions, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

Build strong customer relationships while supporting showroom and basic warehouse tasks. The role emphasizes helping customers, learning products, and working in a hands-on team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers most of the day.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with questions, orders and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credits per policy.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and inventory.
• Evaluate warranty items per manufacturer policy and customer needs.
• Provide delivery estimates based on vendor schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; occasional RF scanner use.
• Restock showroom merchandise to maintain availability and presentation.
• Cross-train in receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
