Job summary

SPI is hiring a Customer Service Sales Representative in Decatur, GA. The role collaborates with inside and outside sales to grow accounts and meet monthly quotas, delivering timely product information and excellent service to customers.

Expect to manage orders, quotes, and returns, cross-sell, upsell, and educate customers on product benefits. Local travel is minimal, and benefits include health options and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• At least one year of business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information.
• Determine customer requirements and recommend products and solutions.
• Proactively suggest alternate products to increase satisfaction and profitability.
• Present price, credit, and terms per standard procedures and profitability profiles.
• Process orders, quotes, or returns over the phone accurately.
• Maintain customer files within CRM and follow up on satisfaction.
