Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking an inside sales associate in Georgia to handle 30-45 inbound calls daily, answering product, pricing, and availability questions, quoting and processing orders. You will support your assigned territory by email and follow up on quotes and orders to keep customers informed.

This team-based role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and collaboration with sales, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse to deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in inside sales, customer service, order support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Comfortable on the phone for much of the day, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly.
• Strong written communication skills for managing a high volume of customer emails.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle many quotes and orders without losing track.

Responsibilities

• Handling 30-45 inbound customer calls per day: answering product, pricing, and availability questions, quoting, and taking orders.
• Providing email support for your assigned territory, responding quickly and accurately to customer requests.
• Following up with customers on quotes, open orders, and service needs to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinating with vendors to confirm availability, lead times, and order status, then keeping customers informed.
• Delivering a great customer experience by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and preventing delays.
• Building strong working relationships with outside sales, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and other teams.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and opportunities in our systems.
• Spotting opportunities to introduce customers to new products and solutions.
• Learning a product portfolio that customers genuinely depend on.
• Collaborating with your team on shared goals in a team-based environment.
