Job summary

SPI is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Lithonia, GA to collaborate with outside sales and expand the customer base. You will provide product and technical information, assess customer needs, and manage orders with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cross-sell opportunities, efficient ordering, and maintaining CRM records, with typical local travel and a strong emphasis on meeting monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• At least 1 year of business-to-business sales experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customers and create new ones to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Provide product and technical information in a timely manner.
• Determine customer requirements and recommend specific products and solutions.
• Proactively suggest alternate products to increase satisfaction and profitability.
• Process orders, quotes, or returns over the phone with accuracy.
• Maintain customer files within the company CRM.
• Educate customers on features and benefits to drive sales.
• Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
