Responsibilities

• Enter orders, manage or elevate any concerns and ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ concerns
• Work with price lists and/or other department heads to determine charges for products requested
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
• Assist Outside Salesman with day to day needs
• Maintain customer service email inbox to make sure all orders, issues, and questions are resolved in a timely manner
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Coordinate the shipment of certain orders
• Customer management from order receipt, verification, entry through to shipment and follow-up
• Prepares and sends quotes and provides written proposals to customers and potential customers
• Assist with warranty and claim resolution
• Schedule freight appointments and coordinate staff and other meetings
• File and maintain all pertinent communications, order and shipping related records
• Assist in the resolution of customer issues
• Updates customer records
• Customer order follow up & shipment notification
• Other duties as assigned
