Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company policies.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders received in person or by phone, fax, and e-commerce, including transfers and delivery requests.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term business relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including pulling orders and stocking; forklift may be used.
• Promote new and existing products, upgrades, and services.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
• Identify prospective customers and communicate prospects to sales team.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
