POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, seeks an Inside Sales Associate in Royal Palm Beach, FL. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and basic systems.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and availability.
• Evaluate warranty items per manufacturer policy and customer needs.
• Provide delivery dates based on vendor production and delivery schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; may use an RF scanner.
• Restock showroom merchandise and maintain product availability.
• Cross-train in receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
