Qualifications

• 1+ years inside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.

• Familiarity with pool supplies or related products helpful.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company professionally.
• Process, pull and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently.
• Handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Enter sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery.
• Secure payment of invoices and obtain credit authorization as needed.
• Estimate delivery dates based on vendor production and delivery schedules.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
