Your day includes processing orders, quotes, and requests via multiple channels, maintaining showroom stock, and coordinating deliveries while ensuring accurate data and professional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming calls preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers before, during, and after sales.
• Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems; respond to quotes and requests via multiple channels.
• Maintain stock, organize showroom, and support inventories; coordinate deliveries and shipping logistics.
• Operate and balance the cash register daily; use software for billing and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and manage order documentation for large projects.
• Coordinate deliveries and purchase of special products with Operations.
• Attend all required sales meetings and training programs.
• Support company values in Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and integrity.
