You will plan telemarketing objectives, ensure compliance with pricing policies, and learn extensive product information to assist customers, vendors, and staff effectively.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Experience in construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers and vendors.
• Ability to learn extensive product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial policies.
