Job summary

QXO is seeking a front-line customer service professional to support price quotes, orders, and inquiries in Roanoke, VA. You will coordinate deliveries with operations, assist the Outside Sales team, and ensure accurate pricing adherence.

This role offers training and certification opportunities alongside comprehensive benefits. Excellent communication with customers, vendors, and management is essential, with Spanish bilingual skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
