Job summary

QXO is seeking a on-site Customer Service / Sales Associate in Virginia to process price quotes, orders, and inquiries. You will coordinate deliveries, support the Outside Sales team, and ensure pricing guidelines are followed.

Experience in front-line customer service and sales is required; Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus. Benefits include a 401(k) with match, health plans, PTO, training, legal assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Construction/building materials experience a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers and teams.
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
