Job summary

QXO in Miami is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and relationship development with contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers.

You will coordinate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely orders, respond to price inquiries, manage returns and changes, and uphold pricing guidelines to

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience in construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Learn and retain vast product information.
• Experience processing orders, returns, cancellations, and order adjustments.
• Office management or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience handling high call volumes, emails, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environment, processing 300+ order tickets daily.
• Experience managing multiple customer requests and priorities throughout the day.
• Strong order follow-up skills to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitaskability.
• Ability to stock, organize, and maintain showroom products while ensuring accurate inventory.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and order management systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and customer relationship development.
• Serve as a primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, order processing, and project support.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
