Job summary

ConexSmart seeks an Inside Sales Representative to meet sales objectives while delivering high levels of customer service for OEMs. You will manage prospecting, demonstrations, quotes, and orders, collaborating with product teams and using Salesforce/Epicor daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience, preferably in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Independent self-starter with a hunter mentality and ob-jection handling.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all sales, quote, and transactional requests from prospects or clients.
• Create territory and account plans to achieve strategic sales objectives.
• Perform product demonstrations via phone, video conference, and occasional visits.
• Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders.
• Use Salesforce and Epicor daily; collaborate with internal resources to meet customer expectations.
