Job summary

Vse Aviation Inc (us) is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative to establish and nurture direct customer relationships, drive sales, and support growth initiatives.

You will own pricing coordination with product line managers and report on customer data, trends, and opportunities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience, strong time management, and proficiency with MS Office and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 4 years of relevant/technical work experience.
• Excellent time management with multi-priority handling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and oral communication with customers and management.
• Experience with aviation industry and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and prepare communications for quotes, orders, and other customer requests.
• Review and process orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Provide support and training for less experienced Sales Representatives as needed.
• Keep management informed with daily call reports, weekly work plans, and territory analyses.
• Identify potential customers through networking, cold-calling, and email communications.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet plans and assist with customer requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Expand aviation knowledge by attending workshops and reading publications.
