J-Tech Digital, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales for Zenty, our brand focused on offline sales channels. You will build relationships with customers and channel partners, identify AV needs, and help grow the Zenty sales pipeline.

The role requires proven inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume calling routine. You will collaborate with partners, research accounts, and contribute to a growing product catalog while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
• Experience in audio/visual industry preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and equipment; provide customers with appropriate solutions.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.
• Work with the content team to create video demos for products/solutions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the product team regarding product improvements or new product requests.
