Job summary

J-Tech Digital, Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales for the Zenty brand. You will build relationships with customers and channel partners, identify AV needs, and grow the Zenty sales pipeline.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls daily, qualify prospects, and close sales. A CTS certification is a definite advantage and experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience required; AV industry preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred.
• CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certified is a plus.
• Able to grasp a large product catalog quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and equipment; provide solutions.
• Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for closing.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects in your territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.
• Work with content team to create video demos for products/solutions.
• Provide feedback to the product team on improvements or requests.
