Job summary

AlphaGraphics is seeking an Account Manager to drive inside sales and support the Account Executive. You will grow new business, expand current accounts, and ensure a positive client experience through accurate estimates, timely proofs, and effective communication.

You will consult with customers, upsell where appropriate, manage proofs, and maintain pricing and billing procedures while leveraging MIS and CRM tools. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Account management experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plus.
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
• Handles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful manner.
• Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps).
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Professional appearance and decorum.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase the center’s inside sales and support the Account Executive as needed.
• Draw in new customers and contacts; expand existing accounts.
• Provide customers with the benefits of AlphaGraphics products and services.
• Consult with customers to help them make decisions; upsell and cross-sell.
• Capture customer specifics using Job Analysis questions.
• Review proofs, manage proofing, and call customers when jobs are ready for pickup.
• Create job estimates; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain current pricing strategies and billing procedures.
• Show proficiency in regular use of CRM tools.
