AlphaGraphics - US103 is seeking a motivated Project Manager to be the main point of contact for customers, managing projects from conception to completion and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery.

You will handle quotes, orders, proofs, lead-times, and collaborate with production teams while maintaining accurate records and addressing issues with a positive attitude. This role emphasizes customer focus and teamwork in a printing and signage environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in project management, preferably in the printing or signage industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Critical thinking to evaluate solutions or approaches.
• Ability to learn and use industry-specific software and tools.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities
