Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in project management preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress.
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order-entry processes.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management.
• Experience in Digital Design (Adobe Creative Suite); certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase center sales and support Account Executives.
• Know products, processes, pricing; ensure accurate job pricing.
• Provide excellent customer experience; upsell/cross-sell where opportunities arise.
• Capture customer specifics with Job Analysis questions.
• Review proofs; manage the proofing process; notify customers when jobs are ready.
• Edit/Create new print-ready files using Adobe Suite.
• Create timely, professional job estimates with pricing accuracy.
• Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Demonstrate MIS tools to estimate and manage projects.
• Maintain pricing strategies and billing procedures.
• Assist in updating mailing lists and inside sales support.
• Follow up on inbound leads and direct mail/local shop mailings.
