SCI in California (Chino) seeks an Inside Sales professional to serve families with cemetery and pre-need arrangements. The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building, and delivering personalized service to maximize revenue and referrals.

The position requires 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospecting 1-2 hours daily; obtain referrals; network and build relationships; present to families; track activity levels.
• Build relationships with families: respond to inquiries; listen actively; understand needs; follow up for satisfaction; prepare for appointments.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and staff; review past services; share family concerns with SCI team.
