SCI seeks a Sales Professional - Inside Sales in Victorville, CA to serve families by offering personalized service and pre-need cemetery arrangements. The role focuses on lead generation, building trust, and providing value through tailored solutions, while collaborating with funeral directors and cemetery staff to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting to families, maintaining activity levels, and earning referrals.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of college or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred; strong communication skills needed.
• Must hold a valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of computers and some software; ability to use internal presentation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation: prospect 1–2 hours daily, obtain referrals, network in the community, present to families, track activity for productivity.
• Build relationships with families: respond to inquiries, listen actively, identify needs, stay in touch, prepare for appointments with attention to detail.
• Teamwork: coordinate with funeral directors, location managers, and staff to ensure seamless, high-quality service; share family concerns with the SCI team.
