Sci Corp in Bellflower, CA is seeking a Sales Professional for Inside Sales to serve families with cemetery arrangements and pre-need plans. You will generate leads, build lasting relationships, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with funeral directors to ensure a high-quality service experience.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, customer-service or sales experience, and the ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of college or an equivalent education and experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred.
• Current state/province driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Insurance license if required by state/province law and as prescribed by state boards.
• Must pass the Company’s internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to drive frequently.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license if required by state/province.
• Flexible hours and occasionally long days.
• Empathy and respect in dealings with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation activities including prospecting and referrals.
• Build relationships with families and provide personalized service.
• Respond to inquiries timely and professionally.
• Prepare for appointments and handle all procedures with attention to detail.
• Support seamless service through collaboration with funeral directors and staff.
• Review prior services and contacts to assist current needs and sales.
• Foster trust-based relationships to obtain referrals.
