Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, customer service, sales support or order management.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, distribution or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems required; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
• Communicate order changes with factories and customers.
• Monitor inventory and assist forecast planning.
• Prepare customer quotations and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain records in ERP and CRM systems.
• Process RMAs, returns, and discrepancies; generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal sales, customers, and partners.
