Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce/Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity in the South Bay area. This role supports daily order entry, e-commerce order processing, customer service, and cross-functional coordination within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys accuracy, problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships, with a collaborative team and growth potential.

Qualifications

1–2 years order entry experience, preferably supporting industrial customers.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Process customer and e-commerce purchase orders, verify order accuracy, and enter order details into the ERP system.
Update shipping schedules, manage backorders, and coordinate order status with warehouse, accounting, and sales teams.
Resolve customer issues related to pricing, credit, product availability, returns, claims, and order discrepancies.
Maintain positive customer relationships through timely communication and professional service.
Assist with invoicing, filing, inventory support, and other administrative tasks as needed.
