Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking an Order Processor to manage and process customer orders accurately within our ERP-driven workflow. You will coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management and Warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment and maintain data integrity.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, efficient data entry, and collaboration across teams to support production readiness and order accuracy. Prior experience in order processing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or related administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in ERP.
• Verify order details and quantities against project docs.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Branch Management for availability.
• Communicate with Production, Design, Warehouse to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic order files and compliance with policies.
• Assist in developing SOPs for order processing.
