Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume order processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on open items with internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and process customer orders accurately in an ERP system, ensuring pricing, part numbers, quantities, and delivery details are correct.
• Review customer purchase orders, prepare quotes, and communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with shipping, purchasing, production, and operations teams to support timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and a strong service focus.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records while following internal procedures and compliance requirements.
• Support issue resolution related to order changes, delivery updates, documentation, and customer requests.
