Job summary

Signarama Austin is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them bring their signage visions to life while supporting our marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and excels at communication and relationship management, with the ability to guide customers through the order process and collaborate with vendors and the production team for quality results.

Qualifications

• Strong in customer service and relationship management.
• Excellent command of English with strong spelling and proofreading.
• Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone with expert recommendations and accurate estimates.
• Implement store marketing strategies and engage in telemarketing to generate new business.
• Process work orders, secure down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and production team to ensure order clarity and quality.
• Assist in store operations, handle administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing, and keep a professional store appearance.
