Qualifications

• Excellent command of English with strong spelling, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person or over the phone with expert recommendations and accurate estimates.
• Implement store marketing strategies and engage in telemarketing to develop new business opportunities.
• Process work orders with precision, secure down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors for sourcing and with the production team to ensure quality in all orders.
• Assist in store operations and handle administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing.
