Signarama Silver Spring is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, helping bring their signage visions to life while supporting internal marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, customer-focused, with strong communication and relationship-management skills, capable of handling inquiries, price estimates, and order processing in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows Office and POS systems.
• Strong command of English, grammar and spelling.
• Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and use a computer frequently.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in person and by phone, provide expert recommendations and accurate estimates, guide through the order process.
• Implement store marketing strategies and participate in telemarketing to foster new business opportunities.
• Process work orders accurately, secure down payments, and finalize payments on project completion.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and production teams for order clarity and quality.
• Support store operations, handle administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing, keep the store organized.
