Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, or related field.
• Two years of sales or call center managerial experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Superior written and oral communication skills with strong organization.
• Professional demeanor and adaptability to changing situations.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PPT and Excel.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Creative thinker capable of innovative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, coach, and lead the Sales Team to support customers.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet business goals and streamline processes.
• Ensure timely lead follow up and guide the team through difficult calls to diffuse escalations.
• Lead team meetings and set clear expectations of best practices and goals.
• Support the team by assisting on projects and daily tasks.
