Qualifications

• Proven experience leading inside sales with 5–6 direct reports.
• Owns sales KPIs with clear, measurable results (revenue, conversion, productivity, retention).
• Hands-on, high-performing sales background; player-coach mentality is essential.
• Strong customer follow-up and account management incl. retention and reactivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 inside sales professionals.
• Set and execute strategy to grow revenue across product/service lines.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability against goals.
• Improve inbound lead follow-up cadence and conversion performance.
• Drive customer retention and recovery; reactivate inactive accounts.
• Partner with leadership to align compensation/incentives with goals.
• Improve CRM adoption, reporting, and overall sales efficiency.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with field/outside sales and internal teams.
• Ensure internal reporting and operational coordination stays accurate.
