You’ll have the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing sales team, shaping a dynamic culture that accelerates lead conversion and drives revenue growth across new and existing accounts.

• 5+ years of direct B2B sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and building high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern selling techniques, digital engagement, and social selling strategies to build pipeline and close opportunities.
• Proven ability in sales leadership, performance coaching, KPI management, and talent development.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
