Job summary

Asure Software in Tampa, FL is seeking a Manager, Inside Sales who will accelerate results, coach reps, and drive performance within our Inside Sales organization. This role requires leadership, SaaS sales experience, and a track record of exceeding quotas.

You will coach, plan territory, participate in calls, and forecast for senior management while supporting a high accountability culture. The position offers strong earning potential with uncapped commissions and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years leading inside sales teams.
• 3+ years selling software, preferably SaaS.
• Proven coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, and retain top inside sales talent.
• Drive a high performance culture to exceed goals.
• Provide coaching across prospecting to deal closure.
