TeamViewer is seeking a Team Manager for Inside Sales to lead and develop the global Inside Sales team, drive KPIs, and deliver excellent service to customers. You will identify cross-sell opportunities, monitor market performance, and collaborate with Marketing and Support to optimize campaigns and customer experience.

Based onsite at the Midtown, Tampa, FL office, the role includes hiring, training, shift planning, and ongoing process improvements to boost productivity and results.

Competenze

• Degree in Business Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Economics or comparable IT field with relevant experience.
• Experience in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales.
• Excellent analytic skills and ability to implement findings to improve campaigns and processes.
• Strong communication skills and high intercultural competence.

Mansioni

• Establish and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell potentials across the TeamViewer product platform.
• Control and report team KPIs to the EVP on a regular basis.
• Stay updated on markets, campaigns, targets and actuals.
• Lead staffing, training and development of the Inside Sales team.
• Plan staff schedules, holiday approvals and leave management.
• Collaborate with SSE and Marketing to plan campaigns and ensure seamless customer experience with Support.
• Evaluate market performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive process improvements to increase team productivity.
