Manufacturers Reserve Supply Inc. (MRS) seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead a five-person team and deliver exceptional customer service in the building materials industry.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, with strong leadership and multi-tasking skills, able to drive process improvements and customer growth. The role reports to the President, collaborates with Outside Sales, Operations and Purchasing, and guides online ordering and dispatch coordination to keep orders flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service/sales leadership
• Experience overseeing at least two employees
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/Inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and professional phone demeanor
• Positive energy and ability to develop people
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and quick learner
• Experience in building materials industry preferred

Responsabilités

• Build, coach, mentor, and motivate a five-person Inside Sales team
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every interaction is valued
• Lead by example with a positive, can-do attitude
• Make timely decisions on customer issues and pricing; propose solutions
• Grow business through cross-selling and new opportunities
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing and other teams
• Oversee online ordering systems and store portals; streamline processes
• Coordinate with Dispatch for timely deliveries
• Lead monthly sales meetings and maintain product knowledge
• Identify market opportunities and align with MRS mission and culture
• Perform special projects as needed
