The role emphasizes people development, accountability, and delivering responsive customer support in a connectivity & power solutions environment.

You'll oversee revenue & customer success, manage KPIs like quoting, margins, and new customer acquisition, and collaborate with outside sales and supply chain partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of sales/industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of inside sales professionals across locations.
• Drive revenue, KPIs, and customer success; manage quoting, close rates, and wallet share.
