Wes Hou is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with customers in the Wholesale Electric sector. The role focuses on selling products and services, answering inquiries, quoting prices, and coordinating orders from customers and manufacturers.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) with 5 years of sales experience in electrical distribution and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• 5 years of sales experience in the Electrical Distribution Industry.
• Industrial Contractor sales experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
• Estimate or quote prices with delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare estimates and bids that meet specific customer needs.
• Forward orders to manufacturers.
• Perform additional assignments at the direction of the supervisor.
