Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Representative - Inside Sales (Complex Wire and Cable Management Projects) to drive growth with industrial and electrical contractors in a hybrid TX environment. You will own a book of larger, complex accounts and collaborate with outside sales to meet goals, while delivering high-level customer solutions and up-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing complex projects, building relationships, and leading within sales processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Administration (4–5 years).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex wire and cable management projects for global account customers.
• Meet and exceed performance measurements based on volume, profitability, and penetration.
• Markets products and offers value-added services.
• Develop strong business relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities within the base.
• Own, qualify, and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Stay informed on new products and competitive knowledge.
• May lead other Inside Sales Representatives with processes and systems.
