Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Supervisor and Associate Manager for Inside Sales Outbound in the United States. You will lead a team of Inside Account Executives, shaping account strategies and driving engagement across the HP portfolio to achieve quotas.

You will coach 10–15 iAEs, forecast biweekly, manage the funnel, and pursue new logos with channel partners while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering business impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales supervision, or 5–7 years in sales management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 Inside Account Executives to sell the full HP portfolio.
• Forecast the business biweekly and drive revenue and margin quotas.
• Manage pipeline, opportunities, and new logo hunting in low/SOW accounts.
• Collaborate with channel teams to enable iAE and PBM alliances.
