Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Executive to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions by phone. You will guide the team toward sales objectives and coordinate with clients, prospects, and partners while recruiting and coaching sales staff.

You will also travel to represent ADP at events and stay current on product technology, with opportunities for advancement and strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong client interaction and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach sales associates to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within your assigned geography and help your team reach sales goals.
• Provide direction, motivation, and support to your sales team; ensure Salesforce usage and audit for compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates; interview and mentor to develop careers.
• Represent ADP to customers at events, demos, and seminars; stay current on ADP products.
