Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Allentown, PA seeks a Sales Executive to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling payroll, tax, HR and benefits solutions by phone, guiding the team to achieve sales objectives through coordination with clients, prospects, and internal partners.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, provide ongoing feedback and coaching, and represent ADP at trade shows and demonstrations to stay current on product technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience with a strong client-interaction track record.
• Ability to coach and develop sales associates and deliver performance feedback.
• High integrity, reliability and trust in delivering on promises.
• Excellent time management and multitasking to execute sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Your Team's. You will work with your team within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals through the effective use of planned resources.
• Lead Your Team. Provide direction, motivation, and support to your sales team in a designated territory and ensure Salesforce usage and audit procedures for compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates. Interview, identify, and motivate Sales Associates while providing continuous feedback on performance and coaching.
• Represent ADP. Spend time in the field, at trade shows and seminars, staying current on ADP product technology.
