Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Executive to lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients. You will guide your team toward sales objectives through coordination with clients, partners, and internal support, while recruiting, hiring, and coaching sales associates.

You will be responsible for driving growth across your territory, ensuring Salesforce adoption, and representing ADP in trade shows and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of B2B sales or sales management experience with a track record of closing sales.
• Strong presentation skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within your assigned geography by closing sales and attaining targets.
• Provide direction, motivation, and support to your sales team; ensure Salesforce usage and compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates, giving continuous feedback and career development.
• Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public through field presence, trade shows, and demos.
